Generating a Soft Clip LUT

I'm trying to generate a soft clip lut, but when I'm done it doesn't show up in the contextual menu (when I right click a clip thumbnail in the timeline).

Here's what I'm doing:

1. Open Project Settings>Look Up Tables.
2. In Generate Soft Clip LUT I select generate as a 1D lut based on Linear. Max is 940, min is 64, set the softness at 12%, save LUT as 12 pct soft.
3. Then I click Generate LUT and Update Lists.
4. Then I click apply and exit the settings dialogue.

Still, when I right click a clip thumbnail, the new LUT is not available in the 1D LUT menu.

I stumbled across the soft clip lut -- it's an option as an output lut when you right click on a node.
