Hi !
I'm thinking of installing a GTX670 as render GPU in a MacPro 4,1 and in a 5,1
Would it work in a 3,1 as well with OSX 10.7.4 installed?
Has anyone installed the card successfuly? There are articles out there that the power cords
can be to short, or the PSU in the mac could be not strong enough, or it is mechanicaly to big
that you can not close the case, or external PSU etc.
I'm working currently a lot with ARRI RAW material and need really a lot of render power.
With the GTX285 I get without a grading realtime debayer but with a grading applied it tops
out between 22 and 23 fps.
Any hints would be welcome...
