Decklink card and issues with Media Composer with 23.98

Another user has posted on the avid forum and we've got the same issues.
A 23.98 Avid project and the SDI output losses lock and the audio mutes.
Did loads of tests and it's just extremely flakey.

Sorted for now.
BM card remove dand AJA IO Express installed.
Works fine now....
