help setting blackmagic intensity shuttle

Hello, I'm having problems configuring the Blackmagic intensity of transportation. Can not capture any picture or audio card that goes. someone could give me a hand? Audio and video inputs are entering the analog connections.

I sugggest when you post a help request that you always include the environmental variables, it is: post your machine specs, the configuration, operating system, any particularities that can help the helper fully understand your issue.

I'll start checking for common problems.

- When you plug in the Intensity does Windows detect it and install it properly? if not, what's the error message you're getting?

- Did you properly select the input in the BlackMagic ControlPanel?
- Are you positive and certain that there is signal in the cabling? (you connect a monitor instead of the intensity and it shows both picture and sound)
