Intensity Pro Choppy Audio

PostFri Sep 28, 2012 1:45 am

I have 2 Intensity Pro Cards installed in a new i7 Core PC with 8gb running Windows 7 (pre-installed)...

I can play video just fine however when I try to capture with the second card I start to experience Audio problems within a few minutes. At first it sounds fine but then starts to get very choppy.

I am wondering what could be causing this issue as the PC should be strong enough to run the cards together. I have even moved one of the cards to a full PCI slot with no change. I have even swapped the cards around making the output card the input, etc... Same experience.

Could it be a buffering issue ?

I am using the breakout cables via RCA input on one card and RCA output on the other. The video plays and looks fine the entire time. Only experiencing problems with the audio output of the "live" input.

Appreciate any and all responses

Thanks!
