CUDA 5.0.24 & OSX 10.8.2 not working with Resolve

After installing CUDA driver 5.0.24 in Mac OS X 10.8.2 and updated Resolve to 9.0.1, When launched Resolve its exits after providing warning that CUDA drivers not loaded?

Any idea what causes the real issue?

Whether its OS X 10.8.2 or CUDA Driver 5.0.24 or Davinci Resolve 9.0.1?

Thanks for update from NVIDIA CUDA Driver available from their website 5.0.36 which works with MAC OS X 10.8.2
