Davince Resolve 8 migration from Mac to PC

Hi all,
We have Resolve 8 for Mac. I know that upgrade to 9 is free of charge, but is it possible to change the platform also from Mac to PC on the same licence?

The USB license dongle works for both Mac and Windows versions of Resolve. You can put Resolve 9 on both platforms, but it will only run on the one with the USB license dongle installed.
