Media Composer 6 - Best Decklink Driver

Actually best DesktopVideo driver for Media Composer 6 seems to be 9.5.3

Audio scrub works good. No issues for me with Decklink Studio 2.


New drivers doesn't works good. Audio scrub problem came back.

how did you get audio to work
because here we have the deckling sdi and media composer wouldn't let me choose where i take my audio from
since we don't have the option to get it from the sdi output we usually would take the core audio but i can't choose anything else than deck link
any suggestions

Do you mean Audio Input in Capture Tool?

Media Compose has 2 working modes: Software and Hardware mode.
In Software Mode it uses the computer's sound card.
In Hardware Mode it uses your hardware input/outputs (video and audio).

You can't use Blackmagic video output and system sound card together.
It is the same using Avid Hardware.

You can switch Hardware and Software mode in MC 6.0.3.
