intensity shuttle usb 3.0 video is freeze

Hi,

I bought the Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 and install the driver also.

my laptop configuration is
Windows 7, Core i3 2nd gen, 4GB RAM, with Renesas USB 3.0 driver laptop.

When i open the Blackmagic Media Express and i click the log and capture tab
the video will come stall and play and some the video will freeze and sometime it will come the blue screen error(crash the windows os )

How can i solve this problem?

Your system is below specs. i3 is way low and you might be lucky once in a while
