Duplicated XML Timeline - FCP7 round trip clarification

Hi

When I import a FCP 7 XML into Resolve 10 for round-tripping
the resulting timeline icon has XML imprinted in it.

If I duplicate that Timeline it no longer has XML on the icon

Is it OK to use the duplicated timeline to Round trip back to FCP7
or do I risk losing the originating FCP sequences effects information?

I am also curious how Resolve tracks rendered files file names for embedding
in the XML for export back to FCP 7.
Does anyone have any "beyond the manual" clarification on how this works?
