Monitoring 100% scale on low-res monitor

PostSat Nov 30, 2013 11:22 pm

Let's say I have a 2K timeline in Resolve, and an HD monitor connected to my Decklink. Is there any way to monitor at 100% scale, cropping the edges? Would be good for checking sharpness.

If not, this should at least be easy to check on the GUI display, but there's a problem with that. My GUI display is 1920x1200 and my timeline is 2048x858. So when I zoom the viewer to "actual size" it should be wider than my monitor. Instead, it looks scaled to fit exactly 1920 width.

The short answer is yes. Look in the image scaling settings.
