BMD HD PRO DL PCIex Problem

Hi there,

i just got my used HD Pro DL Card. I use this one to capture via HD SDI from a Sony Evi HD 1.

Sony HD is set to 720p/50
Media ex. is set to 720p/50

but i only get a flickering and distorted Picture :



i have also a short video from this error - but it is not allowed to post URL´s in this forum - what is really helpfull when showing others a problem!!

i got this in any Resolution. Anybody with an idea why i am getting this? Is the BMD Card broken? I tested the Cam direct connected at the TV and with other Cards - there was no Problem.



Specs:

Mainboard with I7-2600
Intel Grafix HD 2000 (CPU-integrated)
BMD HD PRO DL PCIex

Hello there!

It's hard to tell. It could be a bad card. We haven't manufactured that card in a VERY long time. You could contact your local support office and ask to have it brought in and tested on our systems here, just to see if it's running okay. But if it wasn't we wouldn't be able to fix it. But at least you'd know.
