Hello there!
It's hard to tell. It could be a bad card. We haven't manufactured that card in a VERY long time. You could contact your local support office and ask to have it brought in and tested on our systems here, just to see if it's running okay. But if it wasn't we wouldn't be able to fix it. But at least you'd know.
