Resolve 9.0.1 Hanging problem in os x 10.7.5

Hi,

I have installed Resolve 9.0.1 at Mac os x 10.7.5 version and it is having BMD Desktop 9.0 with DecklinkHD Extreme 3D+ card. We have installed Nvidia Quadro Fx 4000 card with CUD Driver version 5.0.36 latest. After successfully installation i have launched reslove successfully. If open any project it will open after that if i play it will hang and after long time it will start play few mnts. If i go to conform again it will hang and every step it is hanging.

In the same machine I am using Resolve 9 Beta version it is perfectly working without giving any problem.

Please help me in this regard.

Send your Mac System Profile .spx file, and a Resolve CaptureLogs .tgz file to davincihelp AT blackmagicdesign.com and we can take a look to try and determine what's going on.

For the .spx file, click on the Apple icon in the upper left of the display and select "About This Mac". Then click on More Info and then System Report. In the System Information menus at the top of the display, select the File menu, then Save.

For the .tgz file, open a Finder window, and navigate to the /Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve folder and double click CaptureLogs. That will place a .tgz file on your desktop.

Hi, I'm not sure this is the issue but I think you may also need to put the latest Desktop video driver on this system. the one you have, 9.0 is quite out to date compared to the 9.6.4 which is on the BMD support web site.
