Ultrascope screen size problem

Ultrascope screen size problem

hi
thier is a problem with my Ultrascope in the computer.
when i open the Ultrascope software the screen size is
change to 640x480 and i cann't work or see the all scope.
my screen size is 1600x1024 and it change automatic to 640x480 when i open the sofware
when i close the software it stay on 640x480.

i have a internal card of Ultrascope
i download the last software of Ultrascope from blackmagic website.
i donwload the last nvidia drive.
i have a pc with win7pro
nvidia card quadro fx 570
8 gb ram

Can someone have an idea for fixit ?

The most likely reason for this is because that generation of Quadro board did not support a high enough texture fill rate to work with Ultrascope (its why we didn't certify any of them). So what is likely happening is that the screen resolution is being reduced in an attempt to compensate. Because its not our application changing the screen size, exiting the application will not restore it.

So that graphics card is not going to work. Do you have a GeForce card laying around? If you do, you can try that in it's place. The Geforce cards while much less expensive typically had the Texture fill rate to support the application.
