so i recorded something to my computer (mac, mid 2011, Processor 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5, Memory 32 GB 1333 MHz DDR3, Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512 MB, Software OS X 10.9 (13A603)) and when i was done recording i looked over the footage and it was really choppy, like it had a low FPS. i was just wondering if there is a way to fix this or do i have to re shoot after changing some settings.
