Ultrastudio express Premiere Pro CS5.5 no audio

I just purchased Ultrastudio Express and it was all working fine. Now I cannot get audio at all on my Premiere Pro Project? It works on other apps (iTunes etc). and the metres are definitely show there is audio.

Help please!!!!!

Are you getting audio out through the Ultrastudio? If I remember correctly if you have the timeline set to use the BM devices the audio from Premiere goes out through the BM device, so you either have to monitor the audio direct from the Ultrastudio on your TV/amp or loop the audio back from the audio out of the Ultrastudio to the line-in on your computer
