Set White balance from ATEM Televison studio 4K

PostThu Oct 06, 2022 9:58 am

Hello,

after I updated Atem software to the last version, the white balance control works incorrectly, when I set it to high kelvins it warmed, and when I set low kelvins its cold, and one question, micro studio cameras' default gain is -6? because from Atem control I need to set it +6 for to set the gain in camera to 0.

That’s how white balance works. Either it was broken before or there may be some mis remembering, the current behavior is correct. The G1 micro cams had an update 4.7.1 that changed the gain structure for the cam so you might need to update the cam’s firmware to get everything in sync.

Good Luck
