No out put from HDMI port of a Decklink Extreme 3D+

I am unable to get output from the HDMI port with my Decklink Extreme 3D+ card using both mac ( 10.6.8) and windows7. I tried using 9.0.1 to 9.5 Desktop app both for windows and mac. Please help.
