DeckLink Studio No HD Output

I'm currently trying to capture video from my xbox 360 through the DeckLink Studio. Nothing I try works I've cycled through project video format in media express and all the other things I have seen on youtube and here on the forums. It works when im using composite and thats about it

What are you Xbox output settings and what are your settings inside the BM control panel (not media Express)
