would love to get an update on the availability of the mini monitor and if i am Able to pre order it…..
I am looking to buy it right now…..

They are not currently available, but I believe dealers are taking pre-orders. The Recorders are shipping already, and the monitors are still expected to be the end of this month.

Do you know if it will work with Resolve ?
And by the way, why is it said on the Blackmagic site that it is "perfect for using low cost HDMI TV's and projectors for monitoring" ?
Does it mean that it is made of low cost components ? Or that the SDI or HDMI video signal if not as good as if it was coming from an UltraStudio Express or 3D ?

Yes you can use it with Resolve.

Means it won't cost you much money to use it. Format differences not withstanding the quality will be the same.
