Middleclick without an apple mouse?

Using Resolve lite and want to erase points. According to the manual this is done using middleclick but I use a logitech mouse that has no middleclick with my mac.

Is there a keyboard stroke to do this? How do I get round it?

There is no keyboard shortcut to do that. You must implement 3 button mouse support somehow. Either get a real 3 button mouse. Or configure your Logitech mouse to emulate 3 button support. Or use a third party app to implement 3 button support.
