Shooting in RAW then converting

Is there conversion software similar to something RED has that lets me convert Black Magic Raw files into something Final Cut can use?

Just use Resolve Lite. Its available at no charge from the BMD support web page. Please refer to the published configuration guides for the OS you plan to use for the minimum config.
