FSI DM220 Not turning On

Anybody have an issue with the DM line where the monitor doesn't even turn on? I bought the DM220 a couple weeks ago and have only been able to get it to turn 3 times. Support doesn't have a fix and they keep overlooking that question when I ask in the email.

Do you guys know of any fix for the issue or a remedy I can try?

It turned on exactly 3 times, all 3 times were after a 24 hour power cycle by unplugging the power cable in the back. Since Tuesday, this method hasn't worked. This can't be the only way to get this monitor to turn on. Is there something faulty with the monitor itself? Do I have to send it back to them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it is under warrenty, send it back.

It is a monitor...you push the button it turns on...push it again, it turns off.

There is no fantastical way of getting it to turn on.

Clearly there is an issue somewhere that needs to be fixed.
