Multibridge Pro not detect in MacPro

I have a Multibridge Pro on mac pro and my mac had a problem at the source, then transfer the card to a PC, where it worked perfectly. After the concert mac, turn the plate for him, and it did not work anymore on mac. We put in the same slot, the same drive and nothing. We changed slot, upgraded drive, updated the firmware and nothing. Mac seems to not detect the card. On pc it works, but not in ma. What can it be? You can help us.
