Decklink 8kpro card 4k output problem

Hello Support,

I have Decklink 8kpro card installed in supermicro system with davinci resolve 18.6 i tried various resolutions in timeline settings and video monitoring settings still i am unable to get 4k resolutions output but when i exit davinci resolve in broadcast monitor it shows 4k signal without any frame projected on it.

Any solutions will be appreciated Thanks a lot

Do you have the card set to the proper mode? Each port is bi-directional. We normally set the Out in 1/2 and 3/4 for IN.

Make sure you are in Single SDI mode.

Check the Resolve Preference settings.
