Subtitle styles not saving, reverts to default

I'm working on an episodic project with 100 timelines in 18.6 Studio on a mac.

Project file is in the cloud.

Each timeline has subs.

Subtitles were auto generated using "create subtitles from Audio"

I set the track style on one timeline and saved it as a preset.

When I use the preset on another timeline it works. When I close the timeline and open it again the style is still there. But after a short while the track style reverts to default settings. If I open the timeline again 5 or so minutes later, the preset style is gone--back to default.

I've gone through the 100 episodes 2x now, using the preset on each one. But the track styles have reverted to default on every single episode each time...

Is this a bug or what? Serious pain with 100 timelines!

I second that.

I export presets as a .preset file onto my computer, because if I close and open up DR again, all the subtitle presets are gone, and I'd have to re-import the .preset file. Which defeats the point of having presets in the first place, no?
