Good morning everyone... I have problems with Intensity Pro 4K plates
I bought one a couple of years ago and it worked fine for 8 to 10 months, then it went dead without audio.
It does not record audio both capturing a signal and playing a file.
Due to the urgency of work, I bought another board....it lasted approximately 1 year and had the same problem as the previous one.
I have updated firmwares...changed mother and operating system and both still have the same problem
Is there a solution for this ???
