1080p 60Hz UltraStudio Mini Recorder

I purchased a NTSC analog cable external TV Tuner that upscales signal to HDMI 1080p 60Hz (that's what it says on my TV at least) and like to hook it up to my UltraStudio Mini Recorder but I can't get a signal. When I open Media Express there is no signal. Any idea?

The UltraStudio Mini Recorder does not support 1080p60. You can find the information on the tech spec page so you can see the full list of what it does support.

It's been 5 years since this problem couldn't be solved, let's try again.

I have an ATEM Television Studio HD - nice box! I need to get the output to YouTube by way of UltraStudio Mini Recorder to my mac laptop lightningbolt 2 then OBS

The SDI output if 1080p60 and the UltraStudio Mini Recorder input is 1080p30.

I have switched the multiview from 1080p60 to 1080p30 and I get results in OBS. Fantastic.

I see nothing that allows me to change an SDI output to 1080p30. Is there an alternative to the UltraStudio Mini Recorder?
