Ultrastudio Mini Recorder... HELP!

In our setup at church, we have 2 macs. 1 runs our powerpoint slides that goes out to our projector, the other runs our livestream through OBS to Youtube. As of right now, we have the camera that runs into the atem mini then into our stream comp, and our PPT runs into the stream comp via Ultrastudio Mini Recorder.

1. I know the mini is "obsolete" now with currect IOS, so is there a replacement someone can suggest for the Mini recorder to share PPT to our stream?

2. Is there a way that the setup can be minimized to 1 computer, so that the PPT and stream all run from the same Mac mini?

If your Mac mini can do two monitors out, like one over dp and the other over hdmi, you can output the ppt over hdmi but connect the port directly to the recorder input and capture it or route it into the atem mini.
A bit depending on how you want to mix the two different sources.

If your Macs have Apple silicon, only the 3G models are compatible.
