How to make pure white or pure black in Resolve 9.0?

If you want to make part of an image pure white or pure black, how do you do that?

I mean, if you simply add more luminance or crush the blacks it will happen, but that affects the luminance so much as to become undesirable.

For example, I key a shirt or an umbrella and I want it to be pure white or black, what do I do without clipping the image?

Anyone?
