Discs won't load

Is it really so hard to install resolve 10 :( please see below

I have just taken delivery of a 4K camera however when I insert the supplied discs they do not load. they whir about then eject. My config is :-

Try downloading the latest version of the app from the bmd support web site.

Generally the software on the discs is pretty outdated as it would have gone to pressing many month before it arrives with the end user. Alway best to chat the software vendors support site for the latest updates.

On the iMac front... I'm not sure Resolve will even run properly on that iMac. It's a mid 2010 iMac with an ATI HD5750 GPU with just 1GB of VRAM.

Resolve 10 needs much more power than that and really needs a minimum of 2GB for HD work. For 4K work you'll need 3-6GB of VRAM.
