Blackmagic Forum

I've recently purchased the Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle for Thunderbolt and its been working fine when I capture via a screencap from the blackmagic media express. But whenever I try to use it as a camera for CamTwist or WireCast, all I get is a black screen. Both programs show the device and gives me several different settings/resolutions to choose from but still no video. Seriously don't have the slightest clue what to do and I apologize ahead of time if this has already been posted. I've tried searching all over the place only saw people with similar issues on other sites but no answer.
