Hi iv'e bought an Ultra Studio Express and when i connect it to my iMac (2009) it dosen't seem to get contact.
The white light on the Ultra Studio is shining, but when i go in to preferences it says: No settings required
And when i start FCPX it will not find it either.
What could be wrong?
