Hyperdeck Shuttle Recording format

Dear Sir,
Can anybody tell me that DNxHD format recorded on Hyperdeck Shuttle be edited on FCP or Adobe Premiere 6? What the file size for one hour of recording on DNxHD file? and what is the quality? is it equivalent to Apple pro res raw file?

I know it can be imported into CS6 just fine. The quality is very similar to ProRes. The bitrate is 220Mbps (I believe that is accurate).
