No one would argue the BMD products are among the very best out there.....Ive been on the BMD platform for under a year and in that time spent a few grand on their products and am a big fan of the company, particularly their tech support guys......however the website leaves a lot to be desired...
For months now 8 times out of 10 I cant get on it.....the access has been poor for ages. I don't have this issue with any other site - Just BMD. For a technology based company its embarrassing....Is it too much to ask for you guys to invest in some decent servers and match the quality on the web, that one gets when contacting the company directly?...
