Intensity Pro Newbie Question

PostSat Nov 03, 2012 6:17 pm

Its just a newbie question but I am confused. If I have an intensity pro do I need two monitors or one monitor can work. If I have one monitor I can connect it through HDMI if the monitor allows and be done with it or what? Please help me with this.

As far as I know one or two should work just fine. Your choice.
I presume you are talking client monitoring here?

No. I just wanted to know that I have one monitor at the moment. If I purchase Intesity Pro would I need another monitor or should I just feed the existing monitor through intesity pro? If I have just one monitor for grading, reviewing and what not how should I go about utilizing Intensity Pro to the fullest?

The intensity pro is not a graphics card like Nvidia or ATI, it is for HDMI video output to a second monitor. You could feed it into the same monitor you use for your computer, but you would not be able to see anything from your computer other than the video output until you switch back to your regular graphics card, so not exactly practical.
