davinci resolve for beginner

I live in India,I want to try Davinci resolve for colour grading for 5dmark 2 videos on 24fps or 25fps. I am a beginner in colour grading.Please advice.

You can download Resolve Lite from the BMD support we site but before that, read the config guide located at the top of this forum to make sure you have a system that can handle Resolve.
Then google Resolve training videos or Resolve tutorials and watch those to help you get started. There are also a dozen paid training classes now available and many online.

Yes. A list of certified computers is on page 29 of the Resolve 9 Lite configuration guide: http://www.blackmagicdesign.com/media/4 ... -10-10.pdf

I would recommend reading that guide in its entirety. There is a lot of useful information in there.

It's exactly the same as Resolve, only limit is you cannot output larger than 1920x1080, can't link to a remote database, no remote grading, and only 1 GPU for acceleration.

No noise reduction or 3D either if that matters to you. But what comes with the lite version is a steal!
