Can't turn off Hue qualifier

I've noticed lately that every time I turn on a qualifier by dragging the picker across the viewer, the Hue gets "stuck on" permanently. A common example from my project:
Create a new node (serial or parallel, it doesn't matter)
Drag the picker across the viewer to enable qualifiers
Uncheck Hue and Saturation
Fiddle with Luma

After following these steps, I notice a lot of noise in the key. I found out that toggling Hue makes no difference on the image. Even when Hue is unchecked, it's still in effect. The workaround I'm using for now is to set the Hue width to 100%. Has anyone else noticed this problem?
EDIT: I just realized the problem also applies to Saturation and Luma qualifiers.

Hi Spooky, i'm not entirely sure I understand your issue. Are you saying that the hue and sat qualifier with the hue and sat off will still change hue and sat when you mouse click on the viewer? I don't see that here?

Then you talk about noise in the key, which I guess you mean a noise qualifier edge or a noise image in the qualified range.. but could mean something else. Please give us some more detail.

To put it simply, all 3 qualifiers (hue, sat, luma) are active at all times. Turning one of them off via the checkbox has no effect. So if one of the 3 qualifiers is set poorly, it creates noise in highlight view (of course).
After rebooting the machine, I have not yet seen the problem happen again.

Ok, sounds like a very intermittent bug. If if happens again please let us know.
