Supported videos that can be imported

PostFri Nov 09, 2012 11:55 pm

Hi,
I have just installed a Blackmagic Intensity Pro on a Windows computer, and I'm having trouble getting things going. I thought an easy place to start would be to get Media Express to import and play a file; however none of my clips were supported. What types of clips can be imported. Thanks!

I think you'll find the clips must be the exact frame rate/size as whatever settings you have configured for your Intensity Pro and Media Express. Are they the same?
