Link clips display?

PostSat Nov 10, 2012 1:24 am

Is there a way to display in the Light box View or somewhere else all the clips that are linked together?

I have got a few timelines in a project and I would like to get an idea quickly which clips are sharing a grade.

Thank you,

If you select the 'i' icon in the Lightbox view you will see the timecodes and linking icons.

Yes I see that Peter, but is there a way to group all the clips that are linked together?

Ideally I would like to have a display of all the linked clips one after the other, instead of being sparse around the Lightbox view tile. In addition, tell me if I am wrong but the only way to know if a clip is linked to another is to have it selected. Then you can see the little red arrow icon next to the timecode. It would be nice to be able to filter the clips that are linked together.

Thanks,

Oh, ok its a sort filter you are looking for. All groups and clips within the group together?

Yes. Do you see a workaround right now?

Hi, only if they are from the same source clip. If you sort by source timecode order then all these clips will be together, you can attach flags to each clip and sort by those. No other workarounds for now.

Something for that would be great indeed!
