Orlando, when was your MacBook Air new? The error message means the Resolve program dies. It find a graphics chip that uses current OpenCL graphics routines. If you know the generation if your computer, we can determine why you're having a problem. The generation is found when you look at the System Profile: go to the Apple menu in the top left corner and select About This Mac. In the dialogue box that opens, select More Info. Select Hardware. The first entry will list various items such as the model of the machine. For example, if your computer was the first generation sold, you may see something like 1,1; later generation of the computer might have a model 2,2. Post what you have.
Resolve requires a minimum of one graphics processing unit (GPU) on your computer. The GPU must support a certain level of OpenCL since resolve is trying to execute routines that are a part of OpenCL. It's like a library that has certain code to run many of the Resolve functions. The original version of the OpenCL library would have been OpenCL 1.0. Resolve 9 requires a later version, likely OpenCL 2.0.
