Why Resolve Keep asking for firmware update?

Confifuration
-----------
Dual Boot Windows and linux
Davinci Resolve 11
Desktop Video 10.1.4

Problem
-------
A) We just updated desktop video drivers 10.1.4 on windows as well as the firmware,
B) We also updated the Desktop video 10.1.4 on linux as well but system ask for firmware update we clik "OK" for the update when seems like its not getting the update (as there is no progress shown) but message windows says it got updated but its not because as soon as we reset and load the linux again its ask for firmware update.
tried to uninstall the desktop driver and reinstall but same thing happening.

Cant we have the same desktop video driver (10.1.4) on both the OS with the same form ware?
