Hi there, MBP 15" Retina, Early 2013, OSX 10.10 (but observed in earlier version), 16GB of RAM.

Working with ProRes clips. Video output to BM UltraStudio Mini Monitor is crisp and clear when playing off FCPX timeline. When I play the exact same clip off Premiere Pro CC (2014) timeline, the video is soft. When the playhead is not moving, the frame looks great, but as soon as I hit spacebar the video goes soft again.

Any idea what's up here? Am I missing a setting in Premiere Pro?

Is the monitor window resolution set to full inside premiere?
Do your timeline settings match the res and frame rate of the clip?
