HDlink pro fall outs

PostThu Nov 22, 2012 11:38 am

Hi
Not sure if this is the right place to post, but here goes... :)

we currently have 3 HD link pro boxes that we use with two resolve setups. Two of them is running with display port, the third one is older and only has the dvi output.

We are experiencing that the two display port boxes sometimes drops the signal now and then. And other times the signal is just flickering on and off. If we kill the power to the box, and then turn it on again, it works fine for a while. This is of course not optimal! the older DVI box has never failed.

Has anybody had similar experiences using the display port?

Cheers

Our HDLink doesn't stream signal through displayport anymore...
I think this is a HDLink DisplayPort's disease.

I try to replace it ...

Yeah, your problem sounds even worse! I will try to see if support will suggest a replacement or another kind of fix.. If anybody gets their HDlink issues solved, please post it here.

Thanks
