Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt and iMac issue

PostFri Nov 23, 2012 3:28 pm

We are trying to get a new Intensity Shuttle (Thunderbolt) to interface with the FCPX (10.0.6) on a iMac (10.8.2), so we can use an LG IPS235 (1920x1080) monitor for preview.

The Shuttle works on the iMac as we have used it for capture, however when we go to 'HDMI out' mode for FCPX preview, we get an 'HDMI Out of Range 25Hz' error on the monitor. (The monitor works fine with our ATEM TVS).

The System Prefs are setup to 1080p25 as well as the project in FCPX.

Any ideas?

You have your decklink apple system prefs control panel set to correct format for fcpx?
Also you are sending 25fps to a 25 fps capable monitor?
