No sound on Intensity Pro

Hi Board,

I've got a little problem with sound on my Intensity Pro.
I use HDMI Video input and Analog RCA Audio input (this is set in the Blackmagic Control Panel).

The sound output is connected to the Analog input lines of the Intensity Pro....so far so good.
When i try to capture something, i've no movement in the audio bars in Media Express.

I've tested if i can hear sound when i connect the sound to an radio, and there really is sound...so that can not be the problem.
I've noticed that i got movement in Media Express when i disconnect / connect the HDMI cable, so i think the setting with HDMI Video & Analog RCA Audio was not successfully applied to the Hardware.

I am using the latest desktopvideo version -> 9.6.7
Firmware don't need an upgrade and my Mainboards BIOS is also the newest one.

Can someone give me a hint to get my audio working?

Would you be able to test with another analog audio source? If you can check with another analog audio source into the the #14 and #15 connectors on the breakout cable, and if you can still only get the audio to come in, let us know via a phone call or email and we'll see if there are any other troubleshooting steps we can recommend.

Also, we've noticed that some motherboards do not have sufficient sound resources when using the onboard sound. Try installing a discreet sound card to see if this helps your situation. Alternatively in some cases, we've seen that some customers have been able to get it working by updating the drivers for the onboard sound chip.

My INTENSITY PRO runs out of sound when capturing from HDMI, needing to remove the card and return it to work
