Intensity Pro 4K not record receive HDMI signal from cameras

Hi,
Seems the same problem with Intensity Pro 4K as with Studio 4K. Intensity Pro 4K it is not able to capture from 1080 or 4K HDMI cameras. Now Im using Panasonic X1000 and I get no signal.

But on the box, Blackmagic indicates
"HDMI cameras
Bypass the compression in your cameras by capturing with intensity pro 4K"
Also show an icon of a camera.

No responses from blackmagic, distributor say it will communicate to blackmagic, but no one reply for the last 2 months for the Studio 4K, neither from the distributor, no one reply from emea-support.
And now this, Intensity pro 4K also does not record from todays HDMI cameras

Whats happen with Blackmagic ?

Solved on Intensity Pro 4K, now Im able to rpreview from Panasonic X1000.
Thank you for the GH4 update simmons, I were trying with default firmware, nbut now i dont have acces to the camera.

HOW to resolve, try and test by control panel --> blackmagic --> change input source, click on adin message --> retry.. I apply many times until I saw the audio onley, then finally I was able to preview video..
Later I will try to record , restart and more tests
