PostTue Mar 31, 2015 2:34 am

Dear sir,

My Decklink 4K Extreme have some problem, it can't embedded audio through SDI. How can I check my firmware & update the firmware manually in OS X? My Mac has installed two OS X, 10.6.7 & 10.10.

Thanks,

The only way to update firmware is to install a version of the driver, it will then detect whether the firmware needs to be updated dependent on the driver version you are using, so you could try using an older driver, let it update the firmware then re-install the driver you want to use and let it update it again for that version

I have tried all version of the driver (DesktopVideo 10.1.1 - 10.3.7) in OSX10.10, but no more firmware update...and still no sound through SDI...

I also tried DesktopVideo 9.2 - 9.9.2 in OSX10.6.7...still no work...
