Vegas and Shuttle - Secondary Display

I have used my Shuttle for capture, but never been able to get the device to show as a secondary display device. Has anyone gotten this work or use it daily? The BM Media Express application works, so i know the device is working fine. The device and image works under Vegas vidcap (although not well, the BM cap app is much better.)
