Blackmagic Video not showing in CC

Greetings,

I'm editing some footage for a friend that was shot of a blackmagic camera. Importing the project that I started on his home setup, I brought it back to my laptop. There was a second DSLR camera and that footage was able to be located in Premiere CC.

But when I try to link the Blackmagic footage, I get an error message even though the file is there and able to be played in Windows Media Player.

So I figured maybe it's a glitch, and I try to bring in the file that plays perfecting in windows, video and audio, into a new project and it'll only input the audio.

I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

What format is the BM footage recorded in?

.MOV quicktime

codec is apch

Also, which version of Premiere are you using? It was't until CC 2014 that Premiere got the ability to correctly deal with CDNG files....especially the compressed type.
